Who We Are

Rad Conferences is operated by Radius Group, Inc., 102 S. Tejon St., Ste. 1100, PMB 660, Colorado Springs, CO 80903 ("Radius", "we", "us"). Radius provides the registration and event software. Each conference organizer runs its own event and is responsible for the venue, speakers, schedule, accessibility arrangements, safety rules, prices, cancellations, and event-specific policies. These terms govern your use of the Rad Conferences platform.

Agreeing to These Terms

When you create an account or complete registration after being shown a link to these terms, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not create an account, register, or use account-only features.

Who May Use the Platform

You must be at least 13 to use the platform. If you are 13 through 17, a parent or legal guardian must register you, manage your account, and agree to these terms for you. A parent may enter registration information for a child under 13, but the child may not create or use an account.

Your Information and Your Account

Give us accurate and complete information. If you register another person or enter information about them, you confirm that you have their permission — or, for a child, the permission of their parent or legal guardian.

Keep your login credentials private. You are responsible for what you do through your account and for activity you authorize. Tell us promptly at info@radiusgroup.us if you think someone else has accessed it. You are not responsible for activity you did not authorize, but we may temporarily lock the account while we investigate and protect it.

Registration, Payment, and Refunds

Some events are free; for others, the organizer sets a registration fee.

For a paid event, the organizer is the seller. Stripe processes your card payment. The organizer sets the price, receives the payment, handles refunds and payment disputes, and is responsible for applicable taxes. Radius provides the checkout technology and may receive a platform fee from the organizer. Your checkout page and receipt will identify the organizer.

Before you pay, we will show the total price and the organizer's refund policy. That policy explains what happens if you cancel, the organizer cancels, or the event's date or location changes. If the event is canceled or your registration does not provide the admission promised, the seller named at checkout will provide any refund required by law.

Text Messages (Optional)

If you check the optional text-message box during registration, you agree that Radius and the organizer of that event may send automated texts to the number you provided about that event. Messages may include registration confirmations, session reminders, schedule changes, and important event updates. This consent applies only to the event you registered for. Message frequency varies, usually 1-10 messages per event. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP, QUIT, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, REVOKE, or OPT OUT to stop — we will also honor any other clear request to stop, and may send one final message confirming it. Reply HELP for help, or email info@radiusgroup.us. Only opt in a mobile number that you personally use or control - do not opt in someone else's number for them. Text consent is optional and is not required to register or attend. Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

Email and App Notifications

We may send email or app notifications needed to manage your account and registration, such as receipts, schedule changes, security notices, and cancellation information. Optional marketing messages require a separate choice and can be turned off.

The platform's messages and notifications are not an emergency service and may be delayed. For an emergency, call 911 or contact venue staff directly.

Recordings and Photos

We will identify recorded sessions before recording begins. If you choose to ask a question or speak after that notice, your voice and words may appear in the recording, transcript, and recap shared with people the organizer authorizes.

Event photographers and attendees may take photos in shared event areas, and photos may be shared in the platform's photo areas. The organizer controls who can see recordings, recaps, and photos for its event. If you appear in a recording or photo and want it removed, contact the organizer or email us — we will review removal requests, but we cannot retrieve copies that other people already downloaded or shared.

Transcripts and AI-generated recaps can be incomplete or wrong and may not perfectly reflect a speaker's meaning. When accuracy matters, check the original recording or ask the organizer. Recaps are not professional advice or official event records.

Content You Upload

Content you upload remains yours. You give Radius and the organizer permission to store, copy, resize, and display it only as needed to run the platform and event. You confirm that you created the content or have permission to share it, and that posting it does not violate anyone's copyright, privacy, or other rights. Do not post a child's image or personal information without permission from the child's parent or legal guardian.

This permission ends when the content is deleted, except for copies already shared or kept temporarily for backup, security, or legal reasons.

We may remove content that infringes copyright and may close accounts that repeatedly infringe.

To report copyright infringement, contact the agent above (email with "Copyright" in the subject line is fine). Identify the work you own, identify the material you want removed and where it appears, provide your contact information and signature, and state that you honestly believe the use is not authorized, that your report is accurate, and - under penalty of perjury - that you are authorized to act for the copyright owner. If your content was removed by mistake, contact the same agent about submitting a response.

The Attendee Directory

Your name and the optional profile details you choose to provide (such as organization, role, and photo) may appear in the attendee directory, which is visible only to signed-in attendees of your event. Registration shows what will be visible, and you can update your profile or ask the organizer to hide your entry.

Using the Platform Responsibly

Treat other attendees, organizers, presenters, and staff with respect. Do not threaten or harass people, impersonate someone else, share another person's private information without permission, upload harmful software, scrape attendee information, evade security controls, or use the platform for spam or unrelated sales.

The organizer may remove someone from an event it reasonably believes threatens safety, harasses others, seriously disrupts the event, or breaks clearly posted event rules. Any refund will follow the policy shown when the person registered.

Radius or the organizer may limit or close an account when we reasonably believe the user broke these terms, created a safety or security risk, or when the law requires it. When practical, we will explain the reason and provide a way to contact us. We may act immediately when needed to protect people, data, or the platform.

Event Materials and the Platform

Event materials belong to the organizer, presenter, or person who created them. Unless the owner says otherwise, you may use downloaded materials for your own personal, noncommercial purposes. Do not repost or sell entire recordings, slides, transcripts, or recaps without permission. These terms do not take away uses the law allows.

Radius gives you permission to use the platform for your registration and event participation while your account is active. You may not sell access, copy the platform itself, or try to bypass its security.

How Long Content Stays Available

Unless the organizer promises a longer period, recordings, transcripts, recaps, and event materials remain available for 12 months after the event. We may remove particular content sooner when required for safety, privacy, copyright, or legal reasons. Access is not permanent, so download permitted materials before the access period ends.

Service Availability

We work to keep the platform available, but we do not promise uninterrupted service, perfect accuracy, or that every feature will work on every device. We may fix, change, or stop features over time. Rights the law gives you still apply.

The platform may use or link to services run by others, such as Stripe, app stores, or outside websites. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them. Radius is not responsible for content or services those companies control.

Limits on Our Responsibility

These limits apply only to claims about the Rad Conferences platform. Radius is not responsible for decisions or actions controlled by the organizer, venue, speakers, or attendees.

Where the law allows, Radius is not responsible for losses that were not a direct and predictable result of a platform problem, such as lost business, lost data, or a missed opportunity. Radius's total responsibility for a platform claim will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid through the platform for the event connected with the claim.

These limits do not apply to fraud, intentional harm, conduct that knowingly ignores a serious risk, or any responsibility the law does not allow us to limit.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy (https://radconf.us/privacy) explains how Radius collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information. The organizer may also use registration information to run its event. If we need your permission for a particular use of your information, we will ask separately; agreeing to these terms is not that permission.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. We will post the new version and its date. If a change meaningfully affects your rights or responsibilities, we will tell you before it takes effect and ask you to agree again when appropriate. A change will not apply to a dispute that began before the change.

Governing Law

Colorado law governs these terms. These terms do not take away consumer rights that the law where you live says must remain. Any lawsuit about these terms may be filed in the state or federal courts serving El Paso County, Colorado, unless consumer law allows you to file somewhere else.

If a court cannot enforce one part of these terms, it should limit that part only as much as necessary. The rest of the terms still apply.

The Complete Agreement

These terms and the event-specific policies shown during registration are the complete agreement with attendees about platform use and registration. If an event-specific policy conflicts with these terms, the event policy controls prices, refunds, admission, and event operations; these terms control use of the Rad Conferences platform. They do not replace the separate service agreement between Radius and the organizer.
