Rad Conferences ("we", "our", or "the app") is operated by Radius Technologies LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our mobile application.

We collect the following information to provide app functionality:

• Contact Information: Name, email address, and phone number provided during conference registration.
• Profile Information: Job title, organization, role, dietary preferences, and profile photo that you choose to provide.
• Account Credentials: Email and password used to sign in via Firebase Authentication.
• Device Information: Device identifier and push notification token, used solely for delivering push notifications.
• Usage Data: Session selections for your personal conference agenda.

How We Use Your Information

Your information is used exclusively for app functionality:

• Authenticating your account and displaying your profile
• Building and displaying your personal conference schedule
• Showing your name and organization in the attendee directory (if you opt in)
• Delivering push notifications about session reminders, schedule changes, and conference announcements
• Allowing conference organizers to manage event logistics

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely in Google Firebase (Firestore, Authentication, and Cloud Storage), hosted in the United States. We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS), Firebase Security Rules, and access controls to protect your information.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate the app:

• Firebase (Google): Authentication, database, and file storage
• Expo: Push notification delivery

We do not use any advertising SDKs, analytics trackers, or third-party data brokers. We do not sell, share, or trade your personal information with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

Data Sharing

Your information is shared only with:

• Conference organizers: Administrators of the conference you are attending can view attendee information for event management purposes.
• Other attendees: Your name, organization, and role may be visible in the attendee directory if your profile is set to visible.

Data Retention

We retain your information for the duration of the conference and a reasonable period afterward. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate information via your profile settings
• Request deletion of your account and data
• Opt out of push notifications via the app's notification settings or your device settings
• Control your directory visibility in your profile

Children's Privacy

Rad Conferences is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy in the app or on this page. Your continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
