How do I sign in?

Use the email address you registered with for the conference. If you don't have an account yet, register through your conference's registration website first.

How do I build my schedule?

Go to the Schedule tab and tap "Add" to browse available sessions. Tap the + button on any session to add it to your personal schedule.

How do I enable push notifications?

The app will ask for notification permission when you first sign in. You can also manage notifications in Profile > Notification Settings, or in your device's Settings app.

Can I update my profile?

Yes. Go to the Profile tab and tap "Edit Profile" to update your information, dietary preferences, and profile photo.

How do I add sessions to my device calendar?

Open any session detail and tap "Add to Calendar." The app will request calendar access the first time.

I'm having trouble signing in.

Try resetting your password using the "Forgot Password" link on the login screen. If the issue persists, contact us at help@radconf.us.

How do I delete my account?

Contact us at help@radconf.us with your request and we will delete your account and associated data.
